VP-FBQ DHC-7 of British Antarctic was being pushed back in to Field's hangar 3 for further mods when this incident took place. In order to clear the low entrance, BQ is tilted on tow bar, this time the angle was too much, resulting in the tow bar flipping with its wheels penetrating the fuselage. The tailplane miraculously missed 2 beams in the hangar roof, which could have had disastrous results!
