A Tribute to Laker
My tribute to a great airline, that
I had the pleasure to work for; this was my first job in the airline
industry. Sir Freddie had the flair to provide the very best, at the
cheapest cost, but fell only, because they could not fight with the
larger carriers. Those larger carriers looked to the likes of Laker as
thorns in their sides. None of the later types appear on this page, as
they were not in Laker service at my time of leaving/emigrating.
