Album Notes
This is Part two of the 'They Like Water' album. As with Part 1 , I wanted it contain only my own images, but it found I did not have enough to make a reasonably sized second album.

Worse still the reason I didn't have enough pictures was due to the fact that in 2001, two years after my return from Canada, I reviewed my huge collection of 35mm Slides and made, what with hindsight was a very bad, no make that idiotic decision: I would concentrate only on photographs of Airliners, Military Aircraft and Warbirds, so I worked through the collection 'weeding out' everything that didn't conform and put them all in Supermarket Carrier Bags and then binned them.

It did not take me long to realise I had made huge mistake, but by then it was too late to recover the slides. This error of judgement is one of the main reasons I am now passionate about rescuing old slides and photographic prints from destruction (See: About Rescuing Aviation Photographs ).

The only reason sufficient Pictures survived my brainstorm to make Part 1 and my Photographs in part 2, is that they were still packed away and escaped my vandalising my own collection.

With a shortfall in pictures for this Album I turned to my friend Linda Chen and she graciously allowed me to select from the Photographs she had taken on a visit to Vancouver in 2004.
