This is the First Photograph in a Series of three covering the only fatal accident
in this album and shows the Wreck of C-GUBT Douglas C-47A-DK of Skycraft which crashed on
finals at Toronto International Airport when it's load of auto parts shifted on the morning
of 22 June 1983. The crash startled rush hour traffic on the adjacent highway 401
occurred at around 9am local time. The aircraft was on what should have been a routine
flight from Cleveland in Ohio was as can be seen almost destroyed. Sadly both crew members
perished in the Crash.
