XV294 Lockheed Hercules C3 is one of the oldest in Royal Air Force service and was originally supplied as a C1. The Aircraft was part of the C3 Modernisation Programme and is equipped a refuelling probe.

At the show it provided the RAF Falcons parachute team with their Transport and Parachuting Platform, and according to the show commentator is the largest Aircraft to have ever landed at Shoreham,
