Founded in 1990 as Airtours International Airways, from 2002 became My Travel Airways, financial problems eventually forced an agreed merger with Germany's Thomas Cook Group in February 2007. The Airline was completely absorbed into Thomas Cookl Airline Operation by the end of March 2008.
