Odyssey International was formed in June 1988 as the third Airline company under Soundair. By late 1989, with an economic recession and the reduction in bookings at Air Toronto and Odyssey, Soundair found itself in difficult financial situation.
Odyssey leased two Air Europe Boeing 737-3S3 from Air Europe in late 1989, by which time Soundair owners of Odyssey International were already in a parlous financial situation.
Due lack of bookings the Aircraft in the Picture Never flew for Odyssey and although Soundair limped through the winter, all operations ceased in April 1990.
